  1. When can I view the details of Exam city, date, shift etc.?
    Ans. Candidates can view and print their exam city, date and shift details from 26th July onwards by logging into the link provided on the official websites of RRBs. 

  2. What is the procedure to view my Exam city, date and shift?
    1. Login to the official RRB website. 
    2. Click on the link provided for Exam City and date intimation : –

    3. Enter your Registration number & your Date of Birth (Please enter your DOB in the mentioned format (ddmmyyyy)) 
    4. On login, you will be able to view and print your Exam city, date and shift details 
    5. In case of SC/ST candidates, they will be able to download the free travel pass. 

  3. When can I download my e-Call letter ?
    Ans. Candidates can download their e-Call letters from RRB websites 4 days before and up to their examination date. 

  4. Where can I view the mock link ?
    Ans. The mock link will be available in the respective RRB websites

  5. What are the exam dates?
    Ans. Candidates can view, only their exam date, shift and city details by logging in to official websites of RRBs. 

  6. What is the duration of exam?
    Ans. 60 minutes for non-scribe candidates & 80 minutes for eligible PWD candidates accompanied with scribe. 

  7. When would the submit button get activated?
    Ans. The Submit button will get activated automatically on completion of 60 minutes of exam. 

  8. In how many languages can a candidate attend the exam?
    Ans. Candidate can attend the exam, only in the exam language opted for in the online application and in English. 

  9. What will be the number of questions in the exam?
    Ans. 75 Questions 

  10. Is there any negative marking? If yes, then how many marks will get deducted?
    Ans. Yes, there is negative marking. 1/3rd of marks will be deducted for each incorrect answer 

  11. How many numbers of shifts per day?
    Ans. 3 shifts per day. 

  12. What would be the exam timings?

    Shift-1 Shift-2 Shift-3

  13. What documents are required to be brought to the test center for verification ?
    Ans. Candidates must bring their e- Call letters along with a valid Photo ID (viz. Voter Card, Aadhaar Card, printout of e-Aadhaar, Driving License, PAN card, Passport, Identity Card issued by the employer in case the candidate is a Govt.Employee, School / College / University Photo ID card etc. in ORIGINAL to the examination hall, failing which candidates shall NOT be allowed to appear for the CBT Candidates must also bring one colour photograph (of size 35mm x 45mm) which was uploaded in the application, for appearing in the CBT. 

  14. What elements are banned within the exam premises?
    Ans. Mobile phones, pagers, laptops, calculators or any other communication devices are not allowed inside the premises where the examination is being conducted. Any infringement of these instructions shall entail disciplinary action including debarring them from future examinations. 

  15. Will rough sheets / pen be provided in the exam ?
    Ans. Rough sheets / pen would be provided by the invigilator at the examination center. Candidates are strictly instructed not to bring any rough sheets / pen. All the used rough sheets and pens should be handed over to the invigilator on completion. 

  16. What are the unauthorized activities which shouldn’t be done during the exams?
    Ans. Using a mobile phone or any other electronic gadgets such as Blue Tooth, MP3 player, Palmtop, Tablet PC, etc. during the exam. Copying answers written on Chits, Handkerchief or clothes, hand, palm etc body parts. Using books or any other study material Accessing internet or any other program on the exam PC Chatting with other candidates during the e xam Manhandling Center in charge or any other venue staff assigned for exam 

  17. Can the scribe be changed on the day of exam?
    Ans. Yes. 

  18. Can a person who has applied for CEN 1/2018 notification be a scribe for PWD candidates?
    Ans. No. 

  19. I have not opted for scribe while applying. Can I use a scribe on the day of exam ?
    Ans. Yes, candidates who are eligible for scribe may bring the scribe with relevant documents. 

  20. Will free travel pass be given for PWD candidates ?
    Ans. No. 

  21. Google link is not working. What should I Do?
    Ans. In case of a scenario where google link is not working, paste the name and address of the test center in google maps and view the location of your test center.
